HOW IT WORKS

• Once you receive an order on your site, send us a PO for the product and we will ship it within 2 business days.

• If you would like a packing slip sent with the order, please email it to us with your PO.

• After the order is shipped a tracking number will be sent directly to you.

• There is a $3.00 handling fee added to the shipping costs of each drop ship order.

• Shipping costs for drop ship orders are covered by the internet retailer and vary depending on the size of the order.

• Lifeline always ships "best way" using FedEx or UPS, whichever is cheaper. If you have a collect number or shipping preference, please let us know and we would be happy to accommodate.

• Drop ship orders must be paid for by credit card. All major cards accepted (Visa/Master Card/American Express)
